General instructions

  • Fee Strictly to be paid by eazypay link only, other online payment modes or cash payments will not be accepted.
  • Before paying fee in eazypay, carefully enter all the correct details mentioned and amount.
  • If there is any difficulty in continuing after the details entered delete cookies and history and try again.
  • Once paid, Immediately take a print of the eazypay e-receipt.
  • Submit the eazypay e-receipt hardcopy in accounts for verification and authorization.
  • It will take two working days for accounts department to verify the e-receipt authorize with date, hologram and accounts signature.
  • The payment will be considered as received by college only from the date of authorization.
  • For any delays in submission of e-receipt college is not responsible. Plan in advance and pay in time. Do not wait till last day.
  • E-receipt cannot be modified and no internal adjustments will be accepted by college.
  • For any incomplete transactions or failed transaction if any amount is deducted and e-receipt is not generated, contact ICICI bank -ghatkesar branch. For such issues, the college is not responsible.
