The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Holy Mary Institute of Technology & Science was established in the year 2001. B. Tech. (EEE) Program was duly approved by the AICTE and Government of Andhra Pradesh and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad till date. The Department is offering M. Tech programme with two specializations i.e. POWER SYSTEMS from 2010 and POWER ELECTRONICS from 2014 respectively.

Also it is aimed for continuous development of faculty personality.
